Across Greater Vancouver, real estate markets are seeing good activity and balanced conditions.

In general, prices are increasing a little faster than inflation, total sales volumes are up compared to the same month a year ago (and at or close to the 10 year averages).

Helping to maintain the balance of supply-and-demand, the total number of listings available for sale is lower than a year ago.
